Beat the Summer Heat Refreshers 2024

The healthy and best summer heat refreshers are Watermelon Mojito, Masala Chaas Cubes, and Paan Sharbat.

Let’s see the process of making these summer heat Refreshers step by step.

1. Watermelon Mojito:

Ingredients:

  1. Watermelon Pulp
  2. Lemon Juice
  3. Sugar
  4. Ice cubes
  5. Chat Masala 
  6. Powdered Sugar
  7. Sprite or Soda

Method to make Watermelon Mojito:

Steps:

  • Take a glass and add watermelon pulp to the glass.
  • Take lemon juice and squeeze it into the glass 
  • Take some Mint leaves and add them to the glass
  • Keep some sliced lemons in the glass
  • Add some powdered sugar, chat masala, and black salt
  • Now add Sprite or soda into the glass and stir slowly 

The Watermelon Mojito is ready to drink now.

2. Masala Chaas Cubes:

Ingredients:

  1. Coriander Leaves 
  2. Mint leaves
  3. Ice cubes
  4. Green chilly
  5. Ginger
  6. Salt
  7. Black salt
  8. Roasted Cumins
  9. Coriander Powder
  10. ½ cup water 

Method to make Masala Chaas Cubes: 

Steps:

  • Take a mixy Jar 
  • Add some ice cubes
  • Add some coriander leaves, mint leaves, Green chilli, ginger, salt, black salt, roasted cumin, coriander powder 
  • Add some water 
  • Grind it and make a paste (water form not thick)
  • Add the paste to the ice cube plates and freeze it for an hour
  • Now add the masala chaas cubes into the Chaas and stir well

The Masala Chaas Cubes are ready to drink now.

3. Paan Sharbat:

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup fennel seed
  2. ½ cup water
  3. 20 paan leaves (Betel Leaves)
  4. 2 tbsp cashew (you can also add almonds)
  5. 4 tbsp Gulkand
  6. ½ cup Rock sugar
  7. 1 tbsp cardamom 
  8. ½ cup water
  9. Ice cubes

Method of making Paan Sharbat:

Steps:

  • Add ½ cup of fennel seed in water and soak it for half an hour
  • Now wash the Paan leaves and cut the Paan leaves properly 
  • And keep it in the mixy jar 
  • Now add Cashew and Gulkand (you can add almonds also if you want)
  • Then add Rock sugar, Cardamom powder, and soaked fennel seeds
  • And some water and grind it 
  • Now sieve the paste 
  • Take a glass keep ice cubes or cold water and add the Paan sharbat stir it and is ready to drink
  • You can keep this batter for a month in the refrigerator

The Paan Sharbat is ready to drink.
