Ingredients to make Honey Potato Chilly:
1) Potato- 2 to 3
2) Chilly – 2
3) Capsicum – 2
4) Onion – 2
5) Garlic – 1
6) Corn Flour – 2 Tablespoons
7) Rice Flour – 2 Tablespoons
8) Salt – 1 Tablespoon
9) Honey – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
10) white sesame seeds – 1 to 2 tablespoons
Procedure:
Take all the ingredients—potato, onion, capsicum, and garlic —and chop them properly. Put a bowl in the water and bring it to a boil. Then add the potatoes and salt. After 10 minutes, remove the potatoes.


Take a bowl, add all boiled potatoes, now add 2 tablespoons of corn flour, add 2 tablespoons of rice flour, mix it properly.

Now, take a pan, add the potatoes for deep frying. Fry the potatoes until the colour turns golden brown.

Now is the time to prepare the sauce,

Ingredients for Sauces Preparation:
1) Chilly Sauce – 2 Tablespoons
2) Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
3) Tomato Sauce – 2 Tablespoons
4) Vinegar (Optional)
5) Schezwan Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Now take a pan again, add oil, and add all the chopped vegetables. Fry it, now add salt and sauces, saute it, now add the fried potatoes and add honey and finally add some white sesame seeds.


Now your Sweet and spicy Honey Potato Chilly is ready to eat.
